Her 10+ years of dedicated work have placed her at the forefront of social change, where she works to create robust support systems, foster awareness, and ensure balanced perspectives in modern gender discussions.

Professional Journey and Expertise
Jyoti’s foundational education includes an Honours degree from Punjab University and specialized studies in Journalism from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan. She began her professional life as a respected newsreader and translator at Akashwani, Lucknow.

Her career underwent a transformative shift in 2012 when she recognized a critical gap in support and advocacy for men’s issues and committed herself fully to activism. To deepen her capability for effective support, she subsequently earned a Law degree from Lucknow University, equipping her with the legal expertise necessary to guide men through complex personal and statutory struggles.

Jyoti’s work is defined by her ability to effect change at multiple levels — from grassroots support to national policy. Her accomplishments include:

  • Policy Engagement: Successfully organized and executed outreach programs with Members of Parliament to ensure men’s concerns are integrated into broader policy and legislative discussions.
  • Community Foundation: Founded and manages a Community Center for Men in Delhi NCR, offering a consistent hub for guidance, support, and community building.
  • Literary Work: Contributed significantly to the discourse with her two published books, Anuurag and Ladka Hua Hai (Congrats it’s a Boy).
    Research & Thought Leadership:
    Authored research papers that analyze and illuminate current challenges in men’s welfare and modern family dynamics.
  • Legal Literacy: Regularly conducts specialized workshops and training sessions on critical laws, including the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (PoCSO) Act.

Hello I’m your Sakha Timir Das, a counsellor and men’s rights advocate dedicated to helping men navigate emotional, legal, and personal challenges with strength and clarity. My own experience through a difficult legal journey taught me the importance of being heard, understood, and supported. With a background in technology and governance, I now focus on guiding men through stressful situations, helping them rebuild confidence and find balance. I believe that even when systems fail us, healing begins when we choose to rebuild—starting from within.

Hello I’m your Sakha Sneha Kala, a law and psychology degree holder. I also have an experience in Soft Skills, Behavioral, POSH, and Branding Facilitator with over 12 years of experience helping individuals and teams grow with confidence and self-awareness. As a certified Transactional Analysis practitioner and Dale Carnegie–trained facilitator, I believe in creating engaging, story-driven, and experiential learning that inspires real transformation. I’ve had the privilege of training over 12,000 participants across industries and serving as a Government-empaneled POSH law enabler and TEDx speaker. My passion lies in promoting empathy, gender sensitivity, and emotional well-being to help people connect, communicate, and lead with authenticity. I have avidly worked with men NGOs, I have experience in guiding them.

My journey began in law, journalism and policy research, where I learned the power of listening, understanding different perspectives, and communicating with empathy, specifically for men. Over time, that passion for understanding people evolved into helping them heal and grow.
